New Years and 12th Night.

Happy new year!  Once again it is that time of the year when people start thinking about all those resolutions. This particular evening is 12th Night.  The day that was traditionally the gift giving time of the holiday season.  A celebration of when the wise men finally found the Christ child and gave him gifts.

As we all think about our goals and gifts I hope that we take the time to grateful for both.  Goals that challenge us and gifts that cheer us.

Gifts can also be those many talents that we have developed in life, like lace making.  I hope that as the year progresses we can all use our gifts in wonderful ways and as usual resolve to finish a project or two.
